The aim of this course is to help students understand how to demonstrate leadership in the work sphere. Acquire skills in conflict management, communication, goal-setting and other management functions essential to the successful running of every organization. Students will also acquire an understanding of frameworks and their relationship to the Psychological Contract, team roles and group development as well as theories addressing staff development.
